By placing an order with Big Dawgs Store (bigdawgsstickers.com), you agree to the following terms.

 

Products and Orders: All products are custom-made to your specifications. Orders are final once submitted and cannot be canceled after production begins. We will confirm your artwork via email before printing.

 

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and are shown at each step of the order configurator. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any order placed at a listed price will be honored at that price.

 

Artwork and Intellectual Property: You represent that you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs you submit. Big Dawgs is not responsible for verifying copyright or trademark ownership of customer-submitted files. We reserve the right to refuse any order that may infringe on third-party rights.

 

Production and Shipping: Orders are produced within 5-7 business days after artwork approval. Shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

Limitation of Liability: Big Dawgs liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

 

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
