Refund policy

All Big Dawgs products are custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns on completed orders.

 

However, we stand behind every order. If there is a print quality issue or a mistake on our end, we will reprint your order at no charge. Simply contact us with a photo of the issue and we will get it sorted quickly.

 

Please double-check your artwork files before submitting your order. We are unable to offer reprints for customer-supplied artwork errors (wrong file, low-resolution image, incorrect design). If you are unsure about your file, reach out to us before ordering and we will review it for you.
